LUXEMBOURG
This is where the magic happens! despite the gruelling work for research, I originally wanted to portray a very medieval like style to my brochure for the country of Luxembourg. But decided to go against it and try out a different style, like LOVE and FREEDOM. I personally wanted to convey how open and free Luxembourg is so a romance-like adventure brochure begins!
research
At first, I was really excited to express my love for the old buildings and architecture but after doing rigourous research about the city. There are a lot more interesting things to talk about, something a little bit out of the box and not your usual architecture. We are to "sell" the country and atract visitors anyway. These are mostly secondary research, finding outthe most interesting topics to talk about the country!
development
During the development of my design, I was kind of stuck with the colour choice here, a project assigned to try out dual tones. And in my mind, all I could think of is buildings in Europe and Romance. I did not realise how this mock up here is not using 2 different dual tones. But after doing more
mock-ups and trying out different colours, I managed to choose a few colours to match.

I finally chose the right colour scheme for my theme, something a little more sensitive and romantice. Here is where I have to find out ways and explore with typography, by stretching the words a bit and using different fonts and font weight. This project parked my interest in typography specifically, one of the more relaxing and joyable projects that I have done.
